Where used option should be available for a local configuration

The WhereUsed function should be available on a LC to quickly determine in which GC contexts this lC is used.

    Discussion notes
    1. Can do this in Reporter (via query on LQE) if you write custom SPARQL (but that isn't a very good answer). One can't use guided report builder UI, since you can't do cross-GC queries.
    2. Could query all GC in the GC UI to find LCs (for example using LC name pattern). However this will not perform well.
    3. This would be best done as a new gesture in the tool contributing the LCs. The tool contributing the LC will need to query QCM to find the GCs an LC are used in. A new GCM API will be needed.
    4. The GCM API needs to be developed in tandem with LC tool when the LC tool is ready to adopt.

Would it be (A) an action in the CCBB widget (which is provided by the GCM SDK)? Or (B) somewhere else in the UI?
If (A), and when the LC is the current config, then a "find where used in GCs" action could be added to the menu.
This would require minimal adoption by the tools providing LCs.
