No report about the role permission information of a project area possible

It is not possible to make a report of the roles-permission information of a project area.

- The first picture in the pdf document shows the role permission information on the web UI
- the second picture in the pdf document shows the role permission information in eclipse client
- The role permissions, which is inherited from another template is marked with question marks. As a result, it makes even harder to identify the role permissions of the current project area. This should be also visible (workaround: open the permission information in the project area and open the permission information of the template. Compare both role permissions manually)
