A feature to adjust the frequency of HTTP reqeust to repositories in RLIA/Tasktop Sync

We use the RLIA Tasktop Edition to synchronize work items/tickets between RTC and JIRA.
but RLIA/Tasktop Sync sometimes receives an HTTP 503 (Service Temporarily Unavailable) error from JIRA side.
We think it is because RLIA/Tasktop Sync sends many HTTP requests in a short time ,and the JIRA or a reverse proxy can not handle that many requests.
Therefore, we would like to reduce the number of HTTP request per unit time from RLIA/Tasktop Sync to repositories.

Please provide a feature to adjust the frequency of access to repositories.

We think 'Event Rate Limit" in Tasktop Hub is similar feature of this RFE.
