System: Rational Team Concert Planning Function
Actor: Users using planning to plan work items.
We're intorducing & implementing the Planning Module of Rational Team Concert.
But we're very confused about the "Estimated Percentage" of the Progress Bar of the plan.
It didn't help user to realize the meaning of estimated. We want to get rid of it from our planning progress bar.
Description: Is there any way to remove the "estimated percentage" of it or any way we may customize it?
