RTC attachments functionality - web verses client

In the RTC client , you can add/delete and "replace" an attachment. You can also add multiple attachments of the same name for which jazz created unique object ids.

From the RTC client, it displays only a "time" of the attachment. This makes user "guess at which is the "latest" attachment without reviewing the history of changes.

In the web ui it only gives the object id leaving users to guess again.

While the rtc client "replace" function addresses this issue, there is no equivalent in the web ui

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.

    - The RTC RFE Triage team looked at this and is considering it for a future release.

    We have existing items for some of the gaps mentioned in the description here

    Delete attachment:
    - Provide the way to delete attachments from WI on Web UI (314413)
    - Allow to delete attachments in the Web UI (135695)

    Replace
    - Add file replace as an option to the attachments in Web UI (173811)
