Removal of changeset link to workitem when discarding changeset.

Hello,
we regularly have some trouble during workitem promotion. These cases are linked to changesets that where discarded without having first the link to workitem removed. This changesets were never promoted and limited to the developer workspace.
The links is still present in the workitem links chart and during promotion by the CM the promotion fails as the changeset cannot be located.

Could you add in the product either a way to prevent such changesets discards since it's still linked to a workitem either either automatically remove the workitem link during the changeset discard process when the developer discards the changeset in his workspace ?
