Few joined files types, in a workitem, are browsable

In a workitem, too few joined files types are browsable.

The message « Preview is unavailable for this file type. Click here to download the attachment » is useless for the end user

Our requests are :
- Extend the number of files types supported in the preview window (Office files, PDF, Text Files …)
- Or, modify the preview widget to directly download the file if clicked
- Or, suppress this widget

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, even though the request aligns with our modernization vision but is unlikely to be addressed in the near-term due to other higher priority items on the Backlog. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.

    - As part of security fix related to uploading attachments we sandbox the iframe. See, https://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_iframe_sandbox.asp. As a result we cannot preview files that require additional plugins for example pdf preview can be possible with an additional plugin but the sandbox blocks the plugin. We will need to see if there are any other browser settings that users can explicitly set to enable this. Having said that I think its reasonable to change the behavior such that if a preview is possible show the preview otherwise directly down the file if clicked instead of showing the message « Preview is unavailable for this file type. Click here to download the attachment ».
