Adding a Change set to a Work Item does not set the Modified Date

The work Item "Modified Date" does not change with adding a Change Set to the work Item. As a Manager I want to query for the Prio1 Customer DEFECTS. Is the development is working on it? Even if it is not yet closed. As a Developer, I want to query for my work items that were changed in a certain period of time. Especially if I delivered source code for my work item. And to look at the status of the work items. As a Team Lead, I want to query for my team work items that were changed. Especially if source code has been delivered for the team work items, but the status did not change yet. As a Developer delivering Source Code for a work item, I do not want to add a comment in the Work Item like "Again delivered SW" each time I delivered SW to the work Item! As a Work Item Creator, I did set a notification to recognize, if the work Item has changed. I want to be notified, if documents have been changed for this work item. As a Requirement Engineer, I created a Change Request. I want to be notified, if changes in DNG have been delivered regarding the Change request.

    - The EWM RFE Review board looked at this and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.
