Backport fix for deprecated Eclipse APIs to 7.0.1

Also, when using EWM 7.0.1 it is necessary to work with latest Eclipse version. This seems not to be possible as the necessary fix is not available (see https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=510883) Please backport it to 7.0.1

EWM RFE review board has evaluated this request. The API’s were deprecated to allow EWM 7.0.1 to work with Eclipse 4.16. Our recommendation would be to upgrade to EWM v7.0.2 if you need to use similar APIsbecause in v702, we removed references to the deprecated API’s and replaced them with alternative available API’s.
