Make the unique identifier for baselines visible to users in all clients

There is no currently unique identifier for baselines. Thus they can repeat and be skipped for reasons that the developers cannot explain. Therefore we need a unique identifier to verify unique baselines. (The PMR number field would not accept the IBM case number which is TS001708565.)

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.

    - moving to source control for proper triage - Note there is a way in newer 6.0.6 or later (I think) capability to ensure that baseline names (text - not id's) are unique now. Let us know if this setting when turned on avoids the issue. In other words does it avoid the problem of having two baselines with the same name and therefore possibly not having to publish the baseline-id in the UI as a result. Let us know.
