Enable OSLC link creation between RMM artifacts and EWM SCM files

During product development a large number of file based documents are developed that are either justifying or detailing architecture elements. Such files are to be linked directly from the architecture element in a way that the information is easily accessible and that the impact of a change in such documents can be assessed as well. These can be for example: Interface specifications (like a arxml files) Algorithm design specifications (like Matlab Simulink) Trade-Off Analysis Analysis / Simulation files and result reports Thermal analysis (models) EMC Simulation resulty Mounting Analysis results ... (so linking from RMM/Rhapsody to DNG is not sufficient) Current situation: An OSLC link creation is not supported between RMM and EWM SCM. As a work around proxy elements (e.g. design decisions) need to be defined in DNG, allowing to link to RMM and EWM. (confirmed by Peter Schedl, IBM) The creation is a lot of additional effort with direct navigability and transparency being lost. Request: Raise a enhancement request to IBM to implement a RMM & Rhapsody capability show EWM SCM files as Rhapsody remote resources and to establish a type of OSLC link from architectural elements to EWM SCM based files.

    - The EWM RFE Review board looked at this and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.
