GitHub commit link length overflow

Hi, We have integrated GitHub wit RTC in order to establish work item to Git commit traceability. For most cases integration runs fine. But in some random cases it fails and the link is not properly created. According to the log files, there seems to be an overflow in the length of the "targetRef.uri" attribute for link type com.ibm.team.git.workitem.linktype.gitCommit We suspect that this is caused by the size of the payload coming from GitHub webhook and consequently by the commit message size. ref: Enhancement 443963: Improve handling of long Git commit messages in RTC Git Integration - Change and Configuration Management (jazz.net)

    - The EWM RFE Review board looked at this and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.
