This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. In the Enterprise "Data Set Definition" editor, it is not possible to enter national characters in the "Member" field. This prevents creating a translator, which is executing a program with "special" characters. For example it is not possible to create a CICS translator for Assembler, as it is named: DFHEAP1$ in IBM codepage 037, but in Danish IBM codepage 278 it is called DFHEAP1Å. As the $ sign in US is changed to Danish national character Å. Entering DFHEAP1$ results in a S806 (program not found) error on host, as it looks for the "wrong" name.
I had edited the program name but that was not necessary.

Please note that the CICS translators uses "special" characters in their program names, ie: DFHEAP1$
This makes the CICS translation unavailable for all installations which is configured to use a codepage, which has moved the $ in relation to the CP 037 bitset.
