Work Item Copy should be able to include links

When creating a Work Item copy using the 'Create Work Item Copy' button on the work item form, users would like the option to also copy existing links from the source work item to the target.


Today only the 'copied from' and 'mentions' are populated after the Copy process, but it would make sense to offer a checkbox or option to retain link types like 'Depends on', 'Parent', 'Related Artifacts', and 'Related' link types (and possibly even others)

    - The EWM RFE Review board looked at this and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.
