Allow specific users to edit scheduled absences of a user

In EWM you are allowed to add planned absences. This is considered e.g. in the plan view as a reduced work load availability so that the load planning is more accurate.

However the planned absences can only be set by the user himself. In our case it is necessary that the manager of the user can add additional absences so that he can add this information to Jazz after the planned absence is actually approved or in case of unplanned absences, where the user is not present to update the scheduled absences by himself.

It would help us, if the read / write access to scheduled absences is configurable and you can add one or more users, which are able to change the scheduled absences of one user, e.g. in this case his manager.

EWM RFE review board has evaluated this request. This request, while valid, is unlikely to be addressed in the next 18-24 months due to other higher priority items on the Backlog. However, Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may be reassessed or reopened for additional discussion in the future. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.
