Possibility of tracking the files downloaded and viewed by a user for audit purpose

Our organization is planning to audit the RTC tool to track the files downloaded and viewed by a user in RTC. We have configured the reverse proxy (IHS) server where we are able to track the IP address and UUID of the artifact using the access.log file but are unable to identify the artifact. For example, a typical line in that log file would be: 10.25.16.204 - - [16/Mar/2022:17:00:00 -0700] "GET /ccm/service/com.ibm.team.scm.common.IVersionedContentService/content/com.ibm.team.filesystem/FileItem/_LojB0C2_Eeuk8bVrsGiWYg/_JxZeCy3AEeux3f_nICwegA/-S1mJ9yGcsEn_yXBB86BtHRN2LdJsMgWqpuk2UMIQLc HTTP/1.1" 200 98568 Essentially, it states that the client with IP 10.25.16.204 obtained a file successfully (code 200) from RTC, with a unique ID in bold. That unique ID, or reference, would have to be translated somehow to something human-readable. Even then, that entry does not say who that user may be. So we would like to hear from the experts if it is possible to get the user and file information using the log. Let me know in case of any clarifications.

Pl. confirm if the guidance in https://jazz.net/forum/questions/198712/rtc-is-it-possible-to-log-information-about-files-downloaded-from-the-web-ui-in-a-scm-component provides a reasonable solution to your need to process the RFE further. Thanks
