Engineering Workflow Management(EWM) should have a functionality of filtering workitem change history records based on changed attribute, updatedBy, in the history tab in workitem page.

We have developed an add-on function for automatic calculation of progress and update attribute values for each workitem, that is executed by EWM build engine at a certain interval. Though the function itself works well, it created a lot of workitem change history records, that makes EWM users difficult to find the history records of their own changes. The attributes the add-on tools updates is restricted, and the updatedBy should by the certain user, so the workitem history records filtering based on changed attribute, updatedBy, could be a solution. I guess that there are some other customers suffering from the similar situation. I think it is common functionality that EWM should have as the product basic functionality. One of competitor tools in Japan, Redmine, seems to have such a functionality.

    EWM RFE review board has evaluated this request. This request aligns with our modernization plans but is unlikely to be addressed in the next 8-10 months due to other higher priority items on the Backlog. Although we are closing this request, if the enhancement remains important, please open a new RFE after 10 months.
