Add self-referencing workitem link for drag&drop to external sources

Links for workitems can be copied to external sources such as email, reports, protocols, etc. by dragging & dropping the specific work item reference in Jazz. Users would like to use this functionality for the workitem itself as well and therefore ask for a self reference in the workitem that can be dragged & dropped. This self-reference should display the workitem ID / title but copy the workitem link when dropped.

Adding notes for additional information and insights as this RFE has several sub-requests:
    1. Links for work items can be copied to external sources such as email, reports, protocols, etc. by dragging & dropping the specific work item reference in Jazz.
This request, while valid, is unlikely to be addressed in the next 18-24 months due to other higher priority items on the Backlog.

    2. Users would like to use this functionality for the work item itself as well and therefore ask for a self reference in the workitem that can be dragged & dropped.
This part of the request will be partially delivered as part of EWM 7.0.3. You can drag a work item from the work item editor, plan editor, or quick planner views and drop it on the work item editor to create links between work items. For addition information, refer to the New and Noteworthy in IBM Documentation.

EWM RFE review board has evaluated this request. This request, while valid, is unlikely to be addressed in the next 18-24 months due to other higher priority items on the Backlog. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may be reassessed or reopened for additional discussion in the future. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.
