Improve visualization of Program Board

• Summary of features is missing. Can we have a bigger card that also shows directly the summary of the feature? The ids are good as reference, but from the id we dont know the content. The summary should be shown, then people know what is done in which sprint from a single view. • Cell Padding can be removed/reduced. Each cell (sprint / team) has a huge padding and therefor space is wasted. If we show the summary we can reduce the padding to gain space for the useful informations. • Remove the list of items at the top. We dont know the purpose of the table. Many features are shown, that are not of interest. We dont have any purpose of it, we identified following alternatives • Remove the list of items completly • Or show only items that match the filter of the program board, but are not planned yet. Definiton of not planned: Children stories are not done and not planned within this PI) • Or show the items that are listed in program board additionally in a table view (with multiple columns) at the top of the page. If somebody selects or mouseover on one item, highlight the items in program board as well (to see when they are planned).

    The EWM RFE Review board looked at this and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.
