Allow to duplicate parent links during "Create Work Item Copy..."

I know there are two Enhancements about this:

Both ask for "to allow user to select what links can be copied into the new copied work item". But, for our organization (SERPRO), would be very usefull to have a specific part of this: allow to duplicate parent links of a workitem during a copy!

For our users it is very common to make a copy of a task that will be childreen of the same story. But today I need to make the copy and after to create the parent link.

    The requested feature is now available in 702 iFix18 (https://jazz.net/blog/index.php/2022/12/19/new-features-in-elm-7-0-2-ifix018/) and will be a part of future releases without a switch (https://jazz.net/pub/new-noteworthy/ewm/7.0.3/M6/index.html#5)
