Enable Gitlab/Github flavor markdown

As a software developer, I am working with Gitlab/Github all the time and I found their version of Markdown support is way more productive than the traditional MS Word style formatting.

Ever since we switched from Gitlab to EWM, all of our software engineers find it is very hard to work with this tool due to lack of the minimum Markdown support.

Here are the list of Markdown functionality we believe should be included in EWM:

- support for Github/Gitlab Markdown syntax

- allow rich format renders directly within the connect box instead of requiring users to go to a separate page

- allow embedding quick time video to showcase quick demo

    EWM RFE review board has evaluated this request This request aligns with our modernization plans but is unlikely to be addressed in the next 10-12 months due to other higher priority items on the Backlog.

    As a software engineer, I am primarily working with work items, so I would prefer having the markdown support in work items as soon as possible.

    The EWM RFE review board would like some additional information to better understand the context you would like to see markdown supported. Is the request to support markdown in SCM or markdown support in Work items?
