Add Estimate and Time Spent Work Item Attributes to the Data Warehouse so then can be used in reports

While Estimate and Time Spent are accessible with LQE, our SaaS instance of EWM does have LQE as we don't use configurations.  We need the ability to create reports with those attributes and the capability to sum those values over different time periods and report on the rollup of those hours to stories.  Having these fields in the Data Warehouse provides those of us who don't use LQE with capability that is essential for reporting on project health.

    EWM Ideas review board has evaluated this request and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an low priority, uncommitted candidate for a future release. This request aligns with our plans but is unlikely to be addressed in the next 10-12 months due to other higher priority items on the Backlog.
