Adding help to attributes

The current Description metadata does not work well for usability purposes. when this is used the user has no indication the hover over is there until they actually hoover over the label of the attribute. Obviously with many attributes it is obvious this is not a good solution. However in JTS Server under Themes I see a help with an icon that is baked in for that page. It would be very useful to have this functionality to add this type of help to attributes. Then the user could at a glance see help is available.

    EWM Ideas review board has evaluated this request and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release. This request aligns with our modernization plans but is unlikely to be addressed in the next 10-12 months due to other higher priority items on the Backlog.
