RELATED IDEAS

I want to send all the changes made at a certain time in one email.

■ Background
With the current settings, if multiple work items are edited many times,
A lot of emails from RTC flew, users missed important changes,
You may lose interest in emails from RTC. (It will be treated like spam mail)

■ What you want to do
Even if multiple WIs are updated many times, I want to send an email only once at a certain time.

    This feature is already exists. The property 'Aggregate Same WorkItem Changes in Single E-mail' to enable is available in Advanced properties in CCM admin. The default value for this advanced property is ?true?. We recommend you check if this value is overridden.
