Work Item Import: Allow save of incomplete mapping file and import only mapped columns

This belongs to the possibility to import work items from an csv-file.

It is possible to create a mapping file between the columns in the csv-file and the attributes in the work item type.

It is required to map all columns in the csv-file, before it is possible to save the mapping file and to import the file. For a single import, it is possible to remove uneccsary columns in front of the import from the csv-file and then to import the remaining columns.

If you want to import multiple csv-files, e.g., created by a customer, this is time consuming.

It shall be possible to save the mapping file even if not all the fields are mapped.

In that case a warning shall be displayed with the fields not mapped, then the fields not mapped shall be ignored by the import.

This would allow to create once the mapping file and then re-use it during all following imports.

The EWM Ideas Review board looked at this and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release. This request aligns with our strategic direction but is unlikely to be addressed in the next 10-12 months due to other higher priority items on the Backlog.
