Shortened Work Item History List

In IDz's Team Artifacts windows, Work Item History is the list of Work Item that are inserted by following events:

- Creation of Work Item

- Modification of Work Item

- Consulted Work Item

This list becomes very long if the developer consulted a lot of Work Item before.

Our idea here is to shorten the Work Item History list by removing the consulted Work Items without change from this list. By applying this evolution, developers will have a working space more efficient and will help them concentrate on the working Work Items rather than all the consulted Work Items without any modification.

    The EWM Ideas Review board looked at this and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release. This request aligns with our strategic direction but is unlikely to be addressed in the next 10-12 months due to other higher priority items on the Backlog.
