Provide editing function for EWM Work Item Templates

Currently a template in RTC to be used via the "Create from Template..." function is not editable after creation.

Request:
Please implement or specify a way to edit these templates after creation, without the necessity to be deleted by an administrator and recreated as template.

Use Case:
Work Item Templates are sometimes complex, with multiple Work Items, links and default values in the attributes. Often only smaller changes are necessary, e.g., an adaption in an attribute. In the moment, the complete template needs to be deleted and re-created again, with the risk of failures. A function to edit the template directly would save time and may not errorprone.

    EWM Ideas review board has evaluated this request and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release. This request aligns with our plans but is unlikely to be addressed in the next 12-18 months due to other higher priority items on the Backlog.
