Warning box on unchecking the checkbox for creating CCM links

In the option to create links from requirements management to Work Items in change and configuration management, 

1. There is an option to create check or uncheck to see the work items in the current global configuration.

2. If checked the work items are shown based on the release mapping the the global configuration which is as expected.

3.If unchecked all the workitems in the project area are allowed to be selected with creates an issue as the workitem with the requirement will not have a global comfiguration context. This should ideally be not be allowed to the user to be created and thus the check box need to be removed and be given option only to selecct workitem according to GC and associated release mapping. 

Atleast, for the user awareness there needs to be a warning message on the consequence of unchecking the checkbox is the proposal.

    The EWM Ideas Review board looked at this and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.
