Enable copying of custom attributes and linktypes when using "Copy Work Item"

when copying a work item, different attributes can be selected to be copied as well. This list needs to include custom attributes and linktypes (custom and otherwise).

In a hierarchy of items (eg. user stories -> epic) our users frequently copy a user story and would need to copy linktypes such as the connected epic, but also custom linktypes between a user story and a custom work item type "system". Otherwise those fields have to be manually edited later which costs (in the eyes of the user) unnecessary time.
