The Timeline of RTC appears differently in different Timezone, where it shall use the UTC time and display it along with offset of the user

To be able to view the data as per the timezone of the users accessing the information.

    .The EWM Ideas Review Board requests additional details to better understand the request. In general terms, we already store dates in UTC and convert to the user?s local timezone. There might be some odd places where the server time is used because we can?t determine the client?s timezone. Pl. can you share exact instances where you don?t see time as per user timezone. Also, is this about viewing contents of the timeline editor in the admin page as per user time zone?
