It takes a lot of time to open a work item with many Attributes.

Customer spend more than 20 seconds each time they open a work item.

The attached screenshot is a HAR and ccm debug log when opening 3 different Workitem at intervals of about 1 minute.

In this example, it takes about 20 seconds, but sometimes it takes 40 seconds.

The backend team concluded that it was not a defect because the problem was that there were too many Attributes.

As you see CCM_log.png, you can find that show fetching using findAllAttributes().

For this improvements are needed to improve performance.

If 1000 Attribute are a lot, may need to document constraints for them.

    The EWM Ideas Review Board has reviewed this request. We recommend that you weigh in if the information model can be optimized to reduce number of custom attributes on a single work item by leveraging links to related work items. I would like to understand if you have worked with IBM support to ascertain if there is any other reason for the performace.

    As you know, it is a large global customer with over 3,000 registered users for the project. And this customer request is a very big issue for them, and it definitely requires improvement as it is interfering with their operations.
