Allow custom coloring of the entire Quick Planner card

In the EWM native planning feature, a Kanban plan view allows a user to configure colors for the kanban cards.   In QuickPlanner, you can add colored tags, but there is no way to set the whole card to a certain color based on user defined conditions.  My users request parity between these two planning solutions, so that Quick Planner can also have the entire card set to a color other than the default white/gray.

The EWM Ideas review board has evaluated this request and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release. This request aligns with our plans but is unlikely to be addressed in the next 12-18 months due to other higher priority items on the Backlog.

This feature would allow the quick planner view to behave like other kanban based views (mimicing sticky notes) where the individual cards can be different colors to stand out more. My use case will color the cards based on ownership.
