The EWM Ideas review board has evaluated this request. This request is being declined as it is possible to do this using existing functionality. You can find instructions to introduce the attribute 'Time Spent' in a scrum project here - https://jazz.net/forum/questions/17275/scrum-template-time-remaining-and-time-spent. Once done, you can modify the column display to show on a card. For the configurations to be persistent and available on new plans, you need to alter the project configuration source (xml) using teh Eclipse client.
