Correct BUG in plan view grouping display

See support case: TS015919692

Summary of problem here:
- In a plan view I'm trying to 'Group By' a custom attribute.
- However, this displays the groups in reverse alphabetical order.
- As you can see in the Eclipse window to the right, the Enumerations were defined in alphabetical order.
- This behaviour seems the same for other custom attributes I've tried, but it works correctly for system attributes.

I don't think this is an enhancement, but is actually a bug as the behaviour isn't what one would expect.

However, I've been asked to raise it here so I have.

The EWM Ideas Review board looked at this request and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.
