The user should move their personal queries and dashboard from one user account (SSO) to another user account (SSO)

Hi Team,

A user got changed his user account (SSO) from one to another user account. User has lot of personal queries, dashboard with former user account (SSO) which is not being able to migrate with new user account (SSO).

I talked with IBM support team and got to know that there are no direct or easiest way to migrate all the existing data from one user account to another user account.

User showed that after migrating his account, he is not able to see his personal queries in CCM, while he can get to his previous dashboard. Also, he cannot edit them, since he is no longer the owner of the dashboard.

Kindly help me to enable such kind of feature where if user switch their user account (SSO) to new then they should be able to migrate easily their all-Personal queries and dashboard with new user account (SSO).

  • Need to have former SSO queries reassigned to new SSO
  • Would like to have former SSO Dashboard (ID # <4184>) editable/reassigned as new SSO
