[IDz/Project Explorer] Expand automatically the Component folders option in Preferences

When opening IDz or creating new Repository worspace, we see that all the component folder are collapsed. Developers have to open folder by folder and level by level to reach the wished files. It takes time and it is not efficient by doing this way.

We propose creating a new option in the Preferences in order to manage this action automatically. This option should be named "Expand all the folders in Project Explorer automatically". Developers could choose checked or not this option following their working behavior.
