a direct, single-step link between a GC baseline and a CCM work item

We are using gcm configuration.

The scenario is:

  1. We created baselines and review via workitem.
  2. We would like to know about whether the baseline was reviewed, the reviewers, the comments, the discussion log.

Snapshot will contain all the tasks had at that moment, but it would include earlier baseline review. We would like to find the review for specific baseline.

e.g.,

  1. We created v1.0 baseline which was reviewed by task 458 at 2024/1/1.
  2. We created v2.0 baseline which was reviewed by task 593 at 2024/6/1.
  3. We created v3.0 baseline which was reviewed by task 699 at 2024/12/1.

However, the snapshot in v3.0 will include task 458 and 593. But we are looking for task 699 actually.

So I thought it would be more intuitively if we could find the "where use"/"link" from baseline's link tab.
