Multi-threaded comments within work items

Allow for a customizable comment attribute for work items which would allow for users to have multiple threads/conversations in the same work item and keep ideas/conversations separate.

    The EWM Ideas Review board looked at this request and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.

    The reason our customer wants multiple comment attributes in a work item, rather than using the single Discussion area, is because they need to separate some of the discussion topics from each other (one comments thread related to reproducing a problem, another related to the analysis of the problem, another related to investigation of the fix, etc)

    Our customer isn't satisfied with text or HTML fields --they want comment/discussion threads with timestamps and individuals' names autopopulated.
