Clarify nature of data published from EWM to reporting

When EWM publishes configuration data for reporting, SCM components and SCM streams are both published as 'components' due to the way the EWM model is mapped to OSLC. /RS offers a reporting filter called Components, but the data presented to the user for that filter shows both components and streams, which has been confirmed to be working as intended, as both are published as 'components'. This is not in line with user expectations; a filter called Components should only show actual SCM components. The EWM data published to reporting should modified to allow /RS to tell the difference between a stream and an actual component so that the Components filter can work as the user would expect. In addition, this behaviour should be documented.
