Show more information in accepting Baseline

When there are multiple baselines in the Incoming Change, by accepting the recent baseline, the precedent ones are accepted also. It is logic because the recent baseline depends on the previous baselines. However, there is no message about the precendent baseline that are automatically accepted.

We propose two solutions that make accepting baseline clearer and more understandable.

- In the Pending Changes view, add indentation/tabular to the precedent baselines, it will show relation between baselines.

- When more than one baseline accepted, display a notification message of precedent baselines accepted.

By applying these solutions, users will get more informations of the action, it helps junior developers understand about the process of accepting Baseline/changeset.

The EWM board has evaluated this idea and would like to validate if it will be acceptable to just show an "informational message" with a "Do not show again" check box - saying that accepting this baseline will also automatically accept the other incoming baselines that it has been built on. This should be good enough to educate a new user that more baselines will be accepted than selected, which as we understand is the main purpose of this Idea.
