[EWM]: Add attachment presentation for Details slot in Overview layout on Work Item editor

Context: We need to be able to add attachment to a work item to give more information in case of a defect or an attachment. Plus, to simplify the usage / ergonomy, we need to customize the work item editor by placing presentations in different sections.

Problem: In the work item editor in web client, we want to add an attachment presentation in:
- Overview layout and in Details slot 
However, when we want to create a work item with this editor, we cannot see the attachments in the proper slot but we can see it in the tab Links (layout Links).

    As per the tool architecture, t is not possible to include attachments in the Details section. The team has shared workarounds of how it can appear in Overview and other tabs. I would like to understand why having attachments available in the overview tab (but not under details) is not sufficient? Thanks

    The EWM Ideas Review board looked at this request and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.
