[EWM]: Customization on Work Item Editor for web - Hide If In Resolution

Context: Our 4000 users are using EWM to manage their task, defect, evolution with the work items. Today, our current work item customization is too complex. We have done human factor analysis to simplify our work item editors but we cannot customize everything.

Problem: We would like to hide information in function of the workflow resolution. We can do it for attributes only by states or with links or with Association.
However, it is not possible to do it for Resolution.

Proposal: We would like to hide some attributes (ex: Custom Description,...) if we are in a Closed State with Not a defect Resolution.
Theses attributes will be available if we are in a Closed State with Fixed resolution.

Impact / Benefices: Users will have a better user experience as we will propose to him a guided interface to create work items and provide the information in the good states. It will improve the data quality and reduce analysis time.
