Lightweight Checkout Feature is required in Jenkins RTC plugin

Enhancement IBM Description:

Jenkins Build Configuration

We are maintaining a separate component for storing Jenkins Files in RTC.
We are trying to use Lightweight Checkout Option(Pipeline Script contents directly from SCM without performing full checkout) in the Jenkins Job Configuration to avoid unwanted builds which are basically consuming our hardware resources.

As of now, RTC Checkout Plugin is not supporting Lightweight Checkout Option and some of our builds are getting triggered unnecessarily.

we would like to have RTC Checkout Plugin supporting the "Lightweight Checkout" feature.

    This requirement has been assessed. It is not likely that this will be implemented in the next 12-24 months and so it is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.
