Need option for when duplicating a Work Items with different severities

* EWM version: All version

* Background info:

In EWM will automatically set the severity of a duplicated work item to the severity of the duplicate work item if the duplicate work item's severity is "higher". 

And also Subscriber information will also be updated.

* Need option:

I understand this is by design, but the customer would like to be able to set severity rankings, i.e. which severity value is "higher" than another severity value.

So the customer need an option to turn off automatic updates of Subscriber and Severity when create Duplicate link.

* Business impact:

The customer operationg a point calculation script with Severity and Priority as inputs (set values ​​to custom attribute Point) and this feature is affecting customer business.

    The EWM Ideas review board has evaluated this request. This request, while valid, is unlikely to be addressed in the next 18-24 months due to other higher priority items on the Backlog. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may be reassessed or reopened for additional discussion in the future.     Thank you for submitting this Idea. The EWM RFE board requests additional information to better understand this RFE. Please share additional information why the current capability of unselecting the severity field during work item to indicate that the value of this field should not be copied from the original work item is insufficient for the requirement.
