Establish a field like the discussion field also for other elements like review comments

The discussion field is used to document user entries with a specific time stamp. This functionality is also helpful for other use cases, e.g. to store review findings or something else. But unfortunately the discussion field can only be used once within the presentations view. It would be good to have this feature available to use it more often within the workflow manager.

    - The EWM RFE Review board looked at this and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.

    Could you provide the use case where you would see this feature useful? We have a RFE to support threaded discussion already on our Backlog, we also support code review tool in the product to manage code review related use cases. Hence it would help to understand the requirement better with an associated use case. Thanks!
