REST or JAVA API to fetch Files latest changeset for selected baseline for updated and unchanged files

Current situation:

It is expected to get changesets and then files from these changesets for a specific baseline.

But if baseline is of 50th version, then we get all changesets till 50th baseline.

This process takes a lot of time, and it affects application performance.


Expectations:

Our expectation is to get changesets only for specific baseline with updated files and unchanged files too.


Yes, there is API to check and compare selected baseline with previous baseline and get its change history but, our another requirement is that our customer need all unchanged files as well for the specific baseline.

Please provide API which will give latest changesets for updated and unchanged files for a specific baseline.
