Support Jazz Report Builder with DB2 Stored Procedure and Function which return Table

Jazz Report Builder is based on Advance SQL means only nested join, Customized reporting for history data becomes very difficult 

Also with History data performace is very poor, if we use DB2 stored procedure 
1) all the complex execution will be done on server side
2) we can get customized data by using Cursor and other db2 functions 

3) Also performance will improve
