Build on z/OS should fail after having tried to build all files and if one of them failed

In EWM EE v6, all files would be built and the build would fail if any of them failed. 

So for example, 100 files built successfully and 2 failed => the build is marked as failed.

In v7, the build is successful even if some files failed to be built. 

So for example, 100 files built successfully and 2 failed => the build is marked as successful.

"Conditional build" needs to be checked in v7 on the build definition for the build to be reported as failed but then it fails after the first failure and not after having tried all files.

So for example, 100 files to build, 5 first are successful and 6th failed => the build stops and is marked as failed.
