This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

- The EWM RFE Review board looked at this and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.
it is possible to download all the files in a component or baseline from the Repository Files pane of the component in a stream or baseline in a snapshot views by clicking the download icon in the top right of the view. It is not possible to download an entire workspace, stream or snapshot. The SCM CLI can be used to load an entrie workspace or stream but I do not believe it is possible to load a baseline or snapshot.
Given that streams and snapshots can be quite large, it is not clear whether we want to provide that ability in the web UI or just through the SCM CLI. One could argue that other tools like Git allow you to download the content of a repository but the counter argument is that a git repository is analogous to an EWM component and a stream is like a collection of repositories.
That argument aside, it makes sense to provide a way to download the content of a baseline and a snapshot via the CLI, in the very least. Beyond that, it may be possible to provide the ability to download a snapshot or stream from the web UI but care would need to be taken to ensure proper operation considering that there could be GBs of data.
