Ability to share GCM process template via parent/consumer project area model

Why useful?

In EWM , as per below guidelines, you can configure EWM consumer project area to inherit process template from EWM Parent project area. the same capability does not exist in GCM tool set

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, this is a valid idea but it does not fit our 18-24 months plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and you can request to reopen idea after this time. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.
